One ordering platform, configured for three restaurants in two countries, each with its own menu, delivery zones and staff console.
A marketing site, online ordering and staff admin built once, then deployed as branded builds for three independent restaurants: a late-night smash-burger shop and a burger & pizza shop in Karachi, and a burger spot in Melbourne.

The problem
What needed solving
Independent restaurants lose margin to delivery-app commissions but can't afford a custom ordering system each. Their menus are genuinely complicated, with option groups, size ladders, deals and per-area delivery pricing, and their trading hours cross midnight.
The solution
What we built
Customer ordering and a staff console built once, then configured per restaurant for its currency, time zone, delivery areas, menu and brand.
Core functionality
- Menus with option groups, toppings, size ladders, meal upgrades and deal pickers
- Pickup or delivery, with per-area delivery pricing
- Promo codes and order tracking
- Staff console: live order queue, menu, deals, banners, delivery areas and trading hours
- A switch that pauses online ordering instantly
- Instagram grid kept in sync automatically

Commission-free ordering
Each restaurant takes orders on its own branded site instead of paying a delivery app a share of every sale.

Totals customers can trust
Prices, discounts and delivery charges are recalculated by the restaurant's system as the order is built, never by the customer's phone.

A 6:30pm to 4am shift shows the right open or closed status in the restaurant's own time zone.
