A complete till and admin that a shop owner can try from a link, before any hosting exists.

The admin panel and point of sale for a car-accessories counter shop. It runs entirely in the browser on realistic sample data, so the owner can use every screen before committing to hosting or a database.

The problem

What needed solving

A counter shop can't judge software from screenshots. The owner needed to ring up real sales, void them, and watch stock and takings move before committing to hosting and a database.

The solution

What we built

A fully working admin and full-screen till, derived from the MobileStore system, that behaves exactly like the production version but needs nothing more than a web browser.

Core functionality

  • Dashboard: today's takings, a 14-day trend, average sale, low stock, payment mix and best sellers
  • Sales history with filters, exchanges, WhatsApp receipts and voids
  • 49 products with price, cost, stock per variant, photos and visibility
  • Categories, branches, banners, vouchers and reviews
  • Keyboard-driven till: scan or search, per-line discounts, exchanges, vouchers, a labour line and 80mm receipts
