The problem
What needed solving
Hospitals are expected to assess and improve their infection prevention programmes regularly, but the work lives in paper checklists and spreadsheets. Scores are hard to compare year on year, evidence goes missing, and leadership receives numbers without the story behind them.
The solution
What we built
An assessment platform that walks the assessor through every indicator, keeps the evidence with the answer, turns the result into gaps and actions, and produces a report and a trend the hospital's leadership can act on.

- Guided questionnaire that saves every answer as you go, so an assessment can be paused and resumed anywhere
- Score and maturity level for the whole programme and for each core component
- Evidence attached to each answer, with review by a second person
- Findings, a gap register, corrective and preventive actions and recommendations
- Executive report for hospital leadership, printable to PDF
- Trends and comparisons across assessments and hospitals
- An in-app assistant that answers from the help centre and the hospital's own figures
