The problem
What needed solving
A marketing agency wanted freelancers with a very specific track record: SEO or Google Ads specialists in Pakistan, India, the Philippines or Bangladesh who had worked with Nordic clients. That signal is buried in portfolios and directory pages. Recruiters can't verify it at scale, and they can't trust an AI that simply asserts it.
The solution
What we built
An engine that gathers candidates from public sources, builds a structured profile for each, scores their Nordic track record from quoted evidence, and puts it all behind a fast search.
Core functionality
- Structured candidate profiles, each claim linked to the page it came from
- A Nordic-experience confidence score for every candidate
- Filters by country, skill, type and minimum confidence
- Search by meaning, such as "Google Ads for Swedish e-commerce", not just exact keywords
- Public data only: no LinkedIn scraping and no signed-in sessions
