The problem
What needed solving
Small businesses want an assistant that answers from their own policies and documents, but they can't run AI infrastructure, and one company's documents must never leak into another company's answers.
The solution
What we built
A self-service platform: a dashboard where each business uploads documents and styles its bot, an AI service that answers from those documents, and a chat widget that drops onto any website.
